Order adjustment/Cancellation

You will have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make any necessary modifications. To do so, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. Your order will go into production after this time, and you will lose the ability to change or cancel.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
  • Non-returnable Items:There are merchandise that cannot be accepted for return these include products made to the customer’s order and any merchandise marked ‘not for return’ or ‘final sale’.
  • Return Process:
    – To make a return, please contact our customer service team by email us at [email protected]. Email your details to us, including your order number and the reason of the return.
    – If you wish to return your item, we will issue you with a return authorization and guide you on how to go about the process. When we receive your return request, you will be provided the return label via email for your ease. It’s as simple as downloading the file and taking a printout of these labels to smoothen the return shipment.
    – Customers need to pack the returned product and send it to us at 6006 Grass Field Ct, Gibsonville, NC 27249, USA with the recipient’s name: Dollayoby Return.Depending on the circumstances, additional instructions will be provided.
    If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method:If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days

Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility:The items have to be unused and not washed and also have to be returned in the original condition with all the label still attached. The exchange request is allowed within 30 days of receiving day.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
